岗位职责:
1.负责客衣,工作及其它布草的洗涤,熨烫质量,保证快衣服务的准时完成与及时送回。
2.督导员工严格按工作程序与标准工作,确保客衣,工作及其它布草的洗涤,熨烫质量
3.检查工作区域内消防及其它影响安全生产的隐患,发现问题及时处理。
4.申领所需物品,并控制使用,增强成本意识。
5.制服发放及管理。
6.按要求完成库存盘点工作。
岗位要求:
1.二至三年在国际五星级酒店的同等职位工作经验;
2.掌握清洗、去污、上浆、干洗和熨烫等相关洗衣房的全部知识。
3.良好的运营管理技能和较强的沟通协调能力;
4.具备督导和激励员工的能力;
5.具有较强的团队合作意识及对外沟通、协调能力
6.良好的人际处理能力并关注细节。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the washing and ironing quality of guest clothes, work and other linen, to ensure that the express service is completed on time and sent back in time.

Required Skills:
1. Two to three years of work experience in an equivalent position in an international five-star hotel;
2. Master all the knowledge of laundry, cleaning, decontamination, sizing, dry cleaning and ironing.
3. Good operation management skills and strong communication and coordination skills;
4. Have the ability to supervise and motivate employees;
5. Have a strong sense of teamwork and external communication and coordination skills;
6. Good interpersonal processing skills and attention to details.
