Arrange hotel pest and rat control.

Understand related information about public areas.

Remind staff of following working procedures to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning plan.
督促、提醒员工按照程序工作,确保按时完成日常清洁计划。
Hold department daily meetings& follow up the process of issues discussed in the meetings.
主持PA部的每日例会,对日常会议上讨论的议程事项进展程度进行跟进。
Totally grasp distributions of facilities within control and place in a proper way to ensure service quality.
全面掌握本区域各项设施,设备的分布及合理安排,放置,确保服务质量。
Obey and complete tasks arranged by supervisor.
服从并认真完成上司分配的各项任务。
A smile and friendly attitude are required all the time.
任何情况下都应面带微笑并保持友好的态度。
Note down items that next shift needs to follow up,including complaints, abnormalities and PA staff’s performance per day.
每天在日志本上记录下一班次需跟进的事项,所有投诉,特殊情况和公区员工的工作表现。
Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of all staff under direct supervision and initiate immediate remedial action if necessary.
对所有直属下级的仪容仪表、守纪情况和工作表现进行评估。如有必要,可直接采取纠正措施。
Ensure PA staff is familiar with in-house facilities in order to assist guests if necessary.
确保公区所有工作人员熟悉酒店的各项内部设施,以便向客人提供各种帮助。
Report matters affecting normal work of public areas to Executive Housekeeper.
坚持就影响公共区域工作的各种问题向行政管家进行汇报。
Ensure that the consumption of guest supplies is under control.
确保客用品的消耗得到控制。
Maintain good relations with other departments.
与其他各部门保持良好、有效的沟通。
Get ready for emergencies, such as fire, power failureand bomb threats at any time.
在紧急情况如火灾、停电和炸弹恐吓时随时准备执行分派的任务。
Work with superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.

Work with superior and Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the departmentbudget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills –

High school level or above, certain hotel working experience, physical health.
高中或以上文化程度,有一定酒店工作经验, 身体健康。
Be familiar with all kinds of hardware and cleaning facilities and be able to train staff.
熟练操作、使用管家部各类硬件设施以及各种清洁设备,并能对员工加以培训。
Have good ability to comprehend, speak, write and read in English.
具备良好领悟能力、英文说、读、写的能力。
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
熟练使用微软办公软件。
Own certain leadership, ability to manage, organize, coordinate, interact and handle problems.
具备一定的领导能力、管理能力、组织能力、协调能力、沟通能力及应变能力。
