As a Service Leader- Health Club, we rely on you to

1. Deliver high quality service to guests
2. Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment
3. Responsible for the safety of all guest services
4. Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services
5. Assist with the development of new products and services
6. Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)
7. Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs

We are looking for someone who:

1. Minimum 1 years working experience with same position in Brand Hotel.
2. Must be experienced with fitness center equipment and operations
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
4. Must work well with colleagues good sense of teamwork
1、1年以上同等岗位品牌酒店工作经验。
2、在健身设备使用及健身中心运营方面有一定的经验
3、熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
4、有良好的团队合作意识,于同事相处融洽

1.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training
当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任,并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
2.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
3.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
4.Make every effort to ensure that guests leave with a good impression of the service

5.Be familiar with all special promotions, such as seasonal package programs, frequent flyer programs and DMH membership information programs.

协助水疗及健身中心经理在确保健身房和泳池为所有会员及客人提供高标准,安全,有效服务的同时对健身房和泳池的正常运营负责。
