Responsible for the daily operation and on-site management of the hotel restaurant, assisting the F&B Director to implement brand standards, ensuring the consistency of service quality, food & beverage products and on-site environment, leading the front-line service team to provide professional and thoughtful services, and effectively improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee the daily on-site operation of the restaurant, strictly implement luxury hotel brand service standards, standardize service processes, and ensure that every guest receives consistent, professional and thoughtful service.
全面负责餐厅日常现场运营,严格执行奢华酒店品牌服务标准,规范服务流程,确保每位宾客都能获得一致、专业、贴心的服务体验。
Lead, manage and supervise the front-line service team (including servers, hosts/hostesses, cashiers, etc.), responsible for staff scheduling, daily training, work supervision and performance assessment, improve team service skills and professional quality, and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
带领、管理并监督一线服务团队(含服务员、迎宾员、收银员等),负责人员排班、日常培训、工作督导及绩效考核,提升团队服务技能与专业素养,维持积极的工作氛围。
Assist in controlling food and beverage product quality, check the presentation and taste of dishes and beverages on a daily basis, communicate with the kitchen team in a timely manner to handle product quality problems, and ensure that the product meets brand standards.
协助把控餐饮出品质量,每日检查菜品、酒水的摆盘及口感,及时与后厨团队沟通处理出品质量问题,确保出品符合品牌标准。
Handle guest complaints and on-site emergencies in a timely and properly manner, record guest feedback, report to the F&B Director regularly, and put forward suggestions for service optimization to protect the hotel’s brand reputation.
及时、妥善处理宾客投诉及现场突发事件,记录宾客反馈,定期向餐饮总监汇报,并提出服务优化建议,维护酒店品牌声誉。
Assist in implementing cost control measures, supervise the use of tableware, consumables and materials, reduce waste, and assist the F&B Director in completing departmental revenue and profit indicators.
协助落实成本控制措施,监督餐具、耗材及物料的使用,减少浪费,协助餐饮总监完成部门营收及利润指标。
Cooperate with the F&B Director and marketing department to carry out restaurant themed activities and promotional campaigns, participate in activity execution and on-site coordination, and help expand customer sources.
配合餐饮总监及市场部开展餐厅主题活动及促销活动,参与活动执行与现场协调,助力拓展客源。
Strictly abide by food safety, hygiene and epidemic prevention regulations, supervise the daily cleaning and disinfection of the restaurant, ensure the cleanliness of the dining environment and the safety of food and beverages, and ensure compliant operation.
严格遵守食品安全、卫生防疫相关规定,监督餐厅日常清洁消毒工作,确保用餐环境整洁及餐饮食品安全,保障运营合规。
Complete other tasks assigned by the F&B Director and the hotel management team.
完成餐饮总监及酒店管理层交办的其他工作任务。
Job Requirements 任职要求
College diploma or above; major in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Catering Management or related is preferred. Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurants of luxury / 5-star hotels.
大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先;2年以上奢华/五星级酒店餐厅管理经验。
Familiar with luxury hotel restaurant operation standards and service processes, proficient in basic food and beverage knowledge and wine knowledge, with certain cost control awareness and team management experience.
熟悉奢华酒店餐厅运营标准及服务流程,精通基础餐饮知识及酒水常识,具备一定的成本控制意识及团队管理经验。
Good command of English (listening and speaking), able to communicate with international guests smoothly; neat and decent appearance, strong service awareness, and excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
具备良好的英语听说能力,可熟练与外籍宾客沟通;形象整洁得体,服务意识强,具备优秀的沟通协调及问题解决能力。
Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays, with a rigorous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Identify with luxury hotel service philosophy, pay attention to details and service quality, have strong execution ability, and be able to strictly implement hotel rules and brand standards.
