DUTIES
Identify training objective, establish training criteria, analysis training needs, provide training guide, check training efficiencies, meet the operation requirement, monitor training process, assistant HRD in achieving HR goals and objectives relative in training part.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree, prefer has overseas education background;
- Minimun has 2-year experience in a similiar capacity 5 star international hotel chain;
- Self-starter, tactful, confident, team woker, goals oriented;
- Excellent on business administration, professional qualification in training.
- Good command of English
