岗位职责： 负责苏宁自营中端酒店项目选址、洽谈、前期开发及投资测算、发展规划   任职要求： 1.学历本科以上（理工科教育背景）； 2.年龄在28-40岁； 3.有5-8年以上酒店项目拓展经验，对酒店物业的选址、物业条件的谈判及项目开发有丰富的经验；特别是熟悉政府或国资背景的酒店或物业等相关资产的出租、合作流程并有一定的沟通渠道； 4.PD职位2-4年以上。 5.可以接受出差；   工作地址：南京市徐庄软件园苏宁大道1号主楼12楼酒店管理公司
