Job Overview
This role manages the Guest Experience team to create authentic
and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels.
We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us. Those who

Key Responsibilities

Experience Manager is all about!
Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
· To assist and support the Director of Guest
Experience in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and
effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst
being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
· Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through
personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
Provides functional
assistance and direction to all departments.
· Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with
other hotel departments and relevant department heads to ensure documentation
of all incidents as required.
· Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive
prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
Assist all
departments with any service lapses that may arise.
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
· Good knowledge of all areas of hotel operations.
· 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
· Effective interpersonal skills team player.
· Excellent oral and written communication, in both Mandarin and English. Preferably in
other languages as well.
· Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands.
· Happy outgoing personality.
· Goal driven personality, wants to grow and learn.
· Be open-minded and creative.
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
· Local knowledge and ability to relate with all nationalities.
· Completed a Hospitality degree in a university, college or hotel school (Preferable).
