THE TEAM
You will be part of the Spa and Fitness Centre leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director / Director of Rooms. This role leads a multidisciplinary team including Assistant Spa Manager, Team Leaders, Therapists, Lifeguards, and Fitness Attendants, working together to deliver exceptional wellness experiences in line with Rosewood standards.
YOUR ROLE
As Spa Manager you will lead all aspects of the Spa, Fitness Centre, and pool operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and operational excellence. You will play a key role within the hotel’s senior leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, building a high-performing team, and positioning the Spa as a core contributor to the hotel’s brand and revenue success.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
-Lead and manage all Spa and Fitness Centre operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and financial performance
-Develop and execute strategic business plans, budgets, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
-Inspire, coach, and develop a high performing team to deliver consistent, luxury guest experiences
-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and professional environment
-Drive guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring service excellence
-Integrate Spa operations into the hotel’s overall commercial and marketing strategies, including promotions and partnerships
-Optimize operational efficiency through effective resource planning, staffing, and cost management
-Represent the Spa and hotel as an ambassador during VIP visits, events, and industry engagements
COULD THIS BE YOU?
-You bring strong leadership experience in luxury spa or wellness operations and thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
-You are commercially driven, with a solid understanding of budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
-You excel in developing and motivating teams, with a passion for coaching and mentoring others
-You demonstrate excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills such as Chinese are advantageous
-You have a deep understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends, ideally supported by relevant certifications
-You are proactive and creative, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and business performance
-You maintain high professional standards, with a strong focus on service excellence, presentation, and attention to detail
-You are confident in building relationships internally and externally to strengthen the brand and guest experience
