Assitant Quality Manager plays a very important role in quality assurance and performs many different tasks; through information collection and analysis to provide the departments with selective data; responsible for developing quality programs so as to optimize procedure, increase productivity, which will in turn to improve guest satisfaction in regard to the brand standards and meet the company’s business objectives. 助理质量经理在质量管理表现起到重要作用，收集信息分析部门表现；负责开展质量管理工作优化流程，提高工作效率，从而提高客户满意度，达到品牌要求，实现运营目标。 Assist the Quality Manager with daily tasks. 协助质量经理完成日常工作。

岗位职责： 1. 统筹京津两地安全管理：全面负责北京、天津公寓项目的安全统筹工作，制定统一的安全管理制度、应急预案及消防标准，确保两地项目安全合规运营；   2. 跨城市安全督导：常驻北京办公，每两周至少出差天津1次，实地检查天津项目安全管理执行情况，协调解决跨城市安全问题；   3. 安全团队管理：统筹两地安保团队，包括人员培训、绩效考核及资源调配，推动安全标准落地，提升团队协作效率；   4. 风险排查与应急处理：牵头两地安全隐患排查（消防、治安、设施等），跟进整改闭环；主导突发事件（如火灾、疫情防控）的跨城市协同处置；   5. 政府关系对接：重点维护北京属地消防、公安等政府部门关系，协调天津项目外部检查对接，确保两地项目符合地方政策要求；   6. 物业基础管理统筹：监督两地项目公共区域（如电梯、给排水、强弱电系统）的安全运行管理，协调工程部门制定维护计划，确保设施设备安全合规；   7. 物业品质与安全联动：联动运营、工程团队优化住户安全服务体验，例如制定项目日常安全管理规范、高空抛物防控措施，提升物业整体安全品质。    任职要求 1. 经验要求：      - 5年以上物业安全管理经验，其中3年以上公寓/商业地产/住宅小区安全统筹经验；      - 或具备北京本地物业全流程管理经验，且有丰富的消防、公安等政府关系对接资源；   2. 资质与能力：      - 熟悉京津两地物业安全法规（如《北京市物业管理条例》《天津市消防安全责任制实施办法》），持有消防工程师/设施操作员证书优先；      - 具备跨城市团队管理能力，能独立制定安全策略并推动落地；   3. 其他要求：      - 常驻办公地为北京，可接受每月2-4天天津出差；

【岗位职责】 1、负责店内客房区域、公共区域及卫生间的日常清洁与维护，确保环境整洁卫生； 2、定期对地面、门窗、桌椅、设备等进行清洁消毒，保持无尘、无污渍； 3、及时清理垃圾并分类处理，确保垃圾桶无满溢现象； 4、检查并补充洗手间、茶水间等区域的消耗品（如纸巾、洗手液等）； 5、发现设施损坏或安全隐患时，及时上报相关部门； 6、配合公司活动或特殊需求，完成临时安排的清洁任务； 7、遵守公司卫生管理制度，严格执行清洁操作规范。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄33-55岁，身体健康，能适应清洁工作的体力要求； 2、具备1年以上保洁或相关工作经验，熟悉清洁工具和用品的正确使用方法； 3、工作认真细致，责任心强，注重细节，能独立完成清洁任务； 4、具备良好的服务意识，服从管理安排，遵守公司规章制度； 5、无不良嗜好，吃苦耐劳，能适应团队协作。
