Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Arrange staff shifts reasonably based on banquet reservations to ensure that the banquets are carried out in an orderly and efficient manner.
2. Organize banquet design and on-site arrangements, and supervise waiters in preparing table settings, sanitation, and the supply of service utensils before the banquet.
3. Pay attention to the dining status of guests, solicit their opinions and suggestions in a timely manner, promptly handle guest complaints and emergencies, and report to the banquet manager.
4. After the banquet, inventory the items and facilities in the banquet rooms, and check the cleanliness of each room to ensure proper closure of the banquet.
5. Conduct relevant business training for waiters to continuously improve their service skills and techniques, and focus on the development and cultivation of restaurant talents.
6. Manage the attendance and performance evaluation of waiters.
1、根据宴会预定情况,合理安排员工排班,保证所举办宴会能够合理、有序地展开。
2、做好宴会设计、现场布置,督导服务员做好宴会前的摆台、清洁卫生、服务用具供应等准备工作;
3、关注客人用餐状况,适时征询客人的意见、建议,及时处理客人投诉及突发性事件并向宴会经理汇报;
4、宴会结束,清点厅房内物品及设施、设备,检查各厅房的宴会收尾的卫生清洁情况。
5、对服务员开展相关的业务培训,不断提高服务员的服务技能与技巧,做好餐厅人才的开发和培养工作;
6、做好服务员的考勤、绩效评估工作。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
1.College degree or above
2.More than 2 years of working experience in the same position
3.Have good abilities and skills in work planning , communication, and handling customer complaints

2、两年以上同岗位工作经验
3、具有良好的工作计划能力、信息沟通能力、处理顾客投诉和解决问题的能力
