Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1. Responsible for supporting in achieving the event sales objectives ofassigned markets and business segments, coordination between differentparties etc.
负责支持完成指定市场和业务部门的宴会销售目标,协调各方之间的关系等。
2. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact withthe market and the customer base of his/her responsibility throughCustomer Relationship Management.
通过客户关系管理,与市场和他/她所负责的客户群保持持续的联系,以代表和推广酒店。
3. Communicate effectively with all departments through eventrun down, event orders, BEO to ensure events succeed.
通过活动记录,活动订单,BEO与各部门进行有效沟通,确保活动顺利进行。
4. Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely and appropriatemanner.
确保所有的日常工作及时、恰当地完成。
5. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically asrequired, providing administrative support such as meeting minutes taking,word / excel / ppt, calendar / travel arrangement, system input etc.
根据需要对销售记录进行手工记录电子录入的维护和更新,提供行政支持,例如会议记录,word / excel / ppt,日历/旅行安排,系统输入等。
6. Support Director, Assistant Director and Managers with daily work.
协助总监、副总监和经理完成日常工作。
Required Skills 经验要求:
1. University Bachelor Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.
熟练使用Excel,Word,PowerPoint等行政软件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills, presentableappearance.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力,仪容仪表得体。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
有独立工作和团队合作的能力。
