Under thegeneral direction of the SPA Manager and within the limits of establishedRosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures, handle guest requests inrelation to the spa, fitness and pool in a friendly, efficient and courteousmanner at all times. Reports directly to the SPA Manager. Ensuring guestrelations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to allguests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s SPA, Fitness and Poolarrival and departure experience. Be responsible for the reception area at thespa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assistingguests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking allappointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging forservices performed.

Requirements 任职资格:
College degreeor above is preferred.
大专或以上学历。
Good knowledgeof spa and fitness
熟悉健身和水疗知识。
Communicationacross departments efficiently
高效的跨部门沟通能力。
Good English ispreferred.
英语流利者为佳。
Ability tohandle guest inquiry and complaint.
处理客人投诉的能力。
Experiences 经验要求:
2 year or aboveexperience in either Fitness Center reception or SPA reception in a 5-Star orabove hotels.
2年或2年以上五星酒店或以上,健身中心前台或者水疗前台工作经验
