Job Summary:
1.Prepare food according to working standards, preparation list, photos and instructions from superiors. Assist chef to train staff.
2.Participate in the development of food supply to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
3.Assist in the management of staff and provide help for staff development.
4.Participate in food quality control, improve the dish color and taste.
