To provide all kinds of attractive activities to all the employees of the hotel in order to enhance the relationship between employees and hotel.

1. Communication with all departments
与各部门沟通
Employee Engagement Survey (Yearly)
员工敬业度调研(年度)
1) Assist HR Supervisor with the administration and follow up of the survey;
协助人事主管组织调研并进行后续跟进;
Feedback Session (Monthly)
洽谈会(月度)
1) Assist HR Supervisor with coordination with all participants;
协助人事主管协调相关参会人员;
2) Send invitation letters to each participants;
向参会人员发送会议邀请;
Newsletter (Quarterly)
通讯(季度)
1) Collect pictures from all departments frequently;
经常从各部门收集图片;
2) Arrange pictures and explanation then get Training Manager’s comments and approval;
对照片排版并加以注释,随后征询培训经理的意见和批准;
3) Order publications and distribute to all department timely;
及时为各部门订购并分发出版物;
Posters / Notice Board (Randomly)
海报/通告栏(不定期)
1) Accurate Career Opportunities is posted throughout the hotel;
准确张贴酒店的职位空缺信息;
2) Timely update the notice boards and post related pictures also;
及时更新通告栏并张贴相关图片;
Department Pigeon holds & documents to other departments
部门信箱管理及向其他部门信箱投递文件
1) Daily opens the Department Pigeon holds and send & receive documents to and from all depts.
每日检查部门信箱,收发来自酒店各部门的文件。
2. Organize all activities for the employees
组织各类员工活动
E.g. Employee monthly awards/Annual Staff Party/Employee Outing/sports activities
例如月度员工颁奖/年度员工晚会/员工外出活动/运动会等
Assist with all possible activities organized by the hotel in the preparation & organization;
协助准备和组织所有酒店的员工活动;
Assist with the activities & post-activity photos display in the notice boards;
协助将员工活动照片张贴在员工通告栏;
Assist with the communications of activity related issues with all depts.
协助就活动事宜与各部门沟通。
3. Administrative assist for department
协助部门的行政工作
Has knowledge of all HR forms (i.e. status change, employee communication, leave application, room reservations, transfer inquiry, etc.) Tasks include the following:
通晓所有人事相关表格(例如,人事变动、员工沟通、假期申请、房间预订、调转申请等),并负责以下工作:
Responsible for Employee Check in – Check out;
负责员工的入离职手续;
Key in all HR data from the HR forms into HR system, including leaves, attendance record, over time;
将所有人事表格中的信息录入人事系统,包括假期、出勤加班记录等;
Key in social insurance data;
录入社保信息;
Deliver monthly social insurance documents to the insurance center;
每月向社保中心提交社保文件;
Deliver necessary documents for expat’s visa application;
负责外籍员工签证等文件的准备和提交;
Understands confidentiality issues;
知晓哪些为保密事项;
Files are kept well organized and current;
有序整理档案并及时更新;
Phone messages are accurate & routed immediately;
及时准确记录并传达来电信息;
Mail is retrieved distributed and routed immediately;
及时查收并传达分发信件;
All paperwork and phone requests are responded to in a timely manner;
及时答复所有书面和来电等提出的要求;
HR office supplies and forms are ordered when needed.

4. General Duties
一般职责
Familiarizes oneself and adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations;
熟悉并遵守员工手册的相关条款、知晓纪律守则和其他规章制度;
Be aware of changeable government regulations of compensation;
了解政府有关薪资方面的政策变化;
Be knowledgeable in external and internal compensation data, i.e. social average salary, social lowest salary, housing fund ratio etc.;
知晓内外部的薪资数据,例如社会平均工资,社会最低工资,住房公积金比例等;
Has basic working knowledge of legal guidelines & regulations;
掌握基本的法律法规工作常识;
Adheres to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel;
遵守酒店关于个人卫生及仪容仪表方面规定;
Reduces waste materials;
降低耗材;
Recycles at all times;
资源循环利用;
Conserves water and energy;
节水节电;
Actively participates in activities concerning the protection of the environment;
积极参加有关环境保护的各类活动;
任职资格:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格
1. College level or Bachelor Degree;
大专或本科学历;
2. Hotel or Travel Diploma, Administration Major or related;
酒店、旅游、或行政类相关专业;
3. 1 year’s office admin experience;
1年办公室行政类经验;
4. Ability to work long and unusual hours;
能适应长时间或不定时的工作时间;
5. English Fluent in oral/aural/written;
熟练的英语听说读写表达能力;
6. Good Health, Physically active, Good Presentation, Age 21 to 28 years.
身体健康,积极向上,仪表得体,年龄21-28岁之间。
