2. Repair the guest rooms and public
areas according to the plan, and arrange the order according to the damage of
the guest rooms.
按计划检修客房、公共区域,根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。
3. Complete comprehensive temporary
tasks, such as checking VIP rooms; Supervise the outsourced overhaul of guest
room, restaurant, lobby etc.
完成综合性临时任务,如检查VIP房;监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。
4. Complete minor repair work proposed
by guests and other work arranged by maintenance supervisor.
完成宾客提出的小修工作及维修主管安排的其它工作。
5. Provide the status quo of guest room
facilities and public areas, and propose remedial suggestions.
提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状,提出补救意见。

the same position.
