§ Identify talent acquisition needs and ensure adequate supply of talents,give advice to departments for effectiveness and efficiency.

§ Lead, accountable and leverage hotel property’s HRs and Talent Acquisition Team to optimize the delivery of talent acquisition solutions to all the existing and pre-opening hotels in China.
统筹领导并赋能各下属酒店人力资源团队及招聘小组,为中国区所有运营期及筹备期酒店提供高效人才解决方案。
§ Drive and manage the whole talent acquisition process for China including strictly-confidential and senior executive/middle management searches, volume hires, project talent acquisition and graduate/intern talent acquisition.
全面管理中国区招聘全流程,包括:高度保密的高管/中层管理岗位猎聘、批量招聘、项目制人才招募及管培生/实习生专项招聘。
§ Business partner with China office business leaders, hotel Human Resources leaders and stakeholders on developing talent acquisition strategies& plans and drive execution to attract top caliber employees in such a high-growth and intensively competitive hotel labor market environment.
与集团中国区业务负责人、酒店人力资源负责人及利益相关方建立战略伙伴关系,制定契合高速增长且高度竞争的酒店人才市场的招聘战略,推动顶尖人才引进。
§ Execute hiring strategy under the Group’s vision and strategic objectives, aligned with GDPR (Gross Data Protection Regulations).

§ Develop cost-effective and creative recruiting methods/model/process/channels/tools.

§ Develop and manage the talent acquisition metrics & KPIs.

§ Identify, select, manage and ensure optimization of search firms &recruitment website vendors; negotiate contracts and fee arrangements based on the company's guidelines and procedures.
甄选、管理并优化猎头公司及招聘网站服务商合作,依据公司政策进行合同谈判及服务费架构设计。
§ Develop and proactively prompt the LHG employer brand and image in the China talent market.

§ Manage LHG on-line talent acquisition & talent management system - HCM.
管理和运维朗廷酒店集团线上招聘与人才管理系统(HCM系统)。
§ Incorporate the LHG Value and Enterprise Culture into resourcing activities.

§ Develop,roll-out and manage LHG global and regional talent acquisition programs in China.

§ Fully responsible for internal GMs mobility and external GM candidates sourcing and recruiting.

§ Responsible for Shanghai Regional office talent acquisition.
统筹负责中国上海区域办公室的人才招募。
§ HODs & above talent acquisition support for all pre-opening hotels and existing hotels in China region.
为中国区筹备新开业酒店及现有运营酒店提供部门负责人及以上人才招聘支持。
§ Establish and maintain a comprehensive, efficient, and sufficient talent pool system, maintain active interaction with candidates, and improve recruitment efficiency.
建立、维护一个完善、高效、充足的人才数据库,与候选人保持积极互动,提高招聘效率。
College Relations校企合作。
§ Build/maintain rapport with college relations and develop/implement graduate programs to support the existing and pre-opening hotels ls in China region overall growth plan.
搭建并维护校企合作网络,制定并实施校企合作项目,支持中国区运营期及筹备期酒店整体发展战略。
Others 其它
§ Assist VP HR Operations, China, SVP Operations, China and/or Hotel General Managers in coordinating talent acquisition related issues with the owning company on behalf of Langham China.
协助中国区人力资源运营副总裁及中国区运营高级副总裁及(或)酒店总经理,代表朗廷中国就人才招募事宜与业主公司进行协调。
§ Manage and leverage relationships with external vendors in talent acquisition.
管理外部合作机构关系。
§ Conduct Orientation and training for newly joined HR Leader and Human Resources peers on resourcing-related topics.
向新进入职的酒店人力资源负责人及人力资源团队进行招聘模块的入职培训,提升区域HR团队招聘工作的能力。

Experience 工作经验
Minimum of
10 years’ talent
acquisition experience and minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel industry. Ideally 5+ years of senior
executive recruitment experience in recruiting and/or managing teams
and/or significant complex projects
