1. Participate in hotel management and decision-making, collect information and provide decision support
参与酒店经营管理与决策,收集信息并提供决策支持;
2. Participate in the formulation of hotel operation development strategy, responsible for the
implementation and improvement of hotel strategic planning
参与制定酒店经营发展战略,负责酒店战略规划的实施及改进;
3. Aligns Strategy and Market Trends - Updating market knowledge and aligning strategies and approaches
accordingly.
根据市场趋势调整策略-更新市场信息,同时调整策略。
4. Developing Objectives and Strategies - Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies
and actions to achieve them.
制定目标与策略-建立长期目标并制定相应策略及行动方针达到该目标。
5. Understand internal and external financial metrics.
了解内部及外部的财务指标.
6. Working with Sales and Marketing - Working closely with Sales and Marketing for business opportunities, aiming to increase profitability of the organization.
与市场销售部紧密合作-对每个销售机会都与市场销售部合作
7. Achieving/Exceeding Goals - Achieving and exceeding goals including RGI goals, budget goals etc.
完成并超过目标-达到并超过包括市场份额指标和预算的目标。
8. Monitoring Actual vs. Projected Sales - Compiling information, analyzing and monitoring actual sales against projected sales.
监督实际销售及销售预测-组织信息,分析,观察实际销售与销售预测的差异。
9. Attending Strategy and Management Meetings - Attending meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.
参加管理及销售策略会议-参加会议并计划,组织并协调各种措施。
10. Provides market strategy expertise to Complex General Managers, property leadership and sales leaders.
给复合总经理,部门负责人和市场销售领导提供市场策略。

College degree or above大专及以上学历
3-years experience in a similar capacity同岗位3年以上工作经验

Knowledge of spreadsheet software, database management and analytical tools. 熟练运用电子制表软件,数据库管理和解析工具。
