岗位职责:
1. 制定和执行集团市场传讯政策程序;
Plans and implants the group‘s Marketing & Communications polices and procedures.
2. 负责集团各家餐厅公关策划及宣传工作;
Responsible for public relations planning and publicity work of each restaurant of the group.
3. 协助部门负责人统筹集团各餐厅的经营推销活动;
Assisted the department head to coordinate the operation and marketing activities of the group's restaurants.
4. 同新闻媒体、公关策划单位建立密切联系,借助传播媒体和公众舆论提高餐厅知名度和吸引力;
Establish close contact with news media and public relations planning units, and improve the visibility and attractiveness of the restaurant with the help of communication media and public opinion.
5. 设计并制作在线市场推广计划以及更新相关数据存档;
Design and work within digital market plan and maintain filed database.
6. 管理并及时更新主要网络介质上的集团资料;
Management of the group profiles on major review sites.
7. 积极与各餐厅保持良好关系,沟通经营信息;
Actively maintain good relationship with each restaurant and communicate business information.
岗位要求:
1. 能准确了解餐厅定位与政策,熟悉深圳本地市场及大湾区市场;
Accurately understand the restaurant positioning and policy, familiar with the Shenzhen local market and the Greater Bay Area market;
2. 具备出色的文案能力和审美能力;
Excellent copywriting ability and aesthetic ability;
3. 有同等岗位3年以上工作经验,国际酒店集团或高端餐饮经验优先;
More than 3 years working experience in the same position, international hotel group or fine dinning catering experience is preferred
