岗位职责:
1. Based on HER platform, timely and efficientlyhandle all HR procedures for employees' in&outand transfer,and follow up and complete all approvalprocedures within the specified time frame;
基于EHR平台,为员工及时高效的办理入离调转各项人事手续,并在规定时间节点内跟进并完成所有审批流程;
2. Timely and accurately complete monthlyattendance audit, payroll, social charges and individual income tax declarationadjustment, etc;
准时、准确得完成每月考勤审核、薪资核算、社保个税申报调整等工作;
3. Maintain HR systemaccurately and timely according to all HR forms and approval results;
根据所有人事表单和审批结果,按时准确的做好人事系统维护工作;
4. Ensure all kinds of HR policies are implementedin China without regional differentiation and timely feedback problems;
确保各类人事制度政策在全中国无地域化、无差异化的落地执行并及时反馈存在问题;
5. Provide data support for all kinds of audit,labor dispute, labor report and so on
为各类审计、劳动纠纷、人事报表等提供数据支持;
6. Responsible for daily staff consultation,q&A, issue all kinds of certificates;
负责日常员工咨询、答疑,开具各类证明;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders;

任职资格:
1、工作认真细致,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养
2、熟练掌握人力资源相关法律、政策知识,跟踪国家及地方相关政策法规
3、熟悉人力资源管理各模块工作流程和运作方式,熟练掌握人事系统的各项操作
4、具有较好的书面、口头表达能力、较强的亲和力与服务意识
