工作职责:
确保酒水调制与服务流程符合酒店品质标准及客人的个性化需求。
负责鸡尾酒、饮品的设计、调制与出品,保证口感、外观及呈现方式达到专业水准。
主动与客人互动,提供个性化酒水推荐,处理客人的特殊需求及投诉,提升酒吧体验满意度。
监控酒吧库存,包括酒水原料、调酒工具及装饰物,确保库存充足且避免过期浪费。
定期清点酒水库存并提交采购申请,与采购部、餐饮部紧密协作,保障供应链高效运转。
维护酒吧设备(如制冰机、摇酒器、冷藏柜等)的清洁与正常使用,及时报修故障设备。
控制酒水成本,优化原料使用效率,减少损耗,协助制定季节性酒单及促销活动。
执行严格的卫生安全标准,确保调酒操作符合食品安全法规及酒店规范。
记录每日酒水销售数据、客人反馈及运营异常情况,定期提交工作报告。
参与酒吧主题活动策划,展现创意调酒技艺,提升酒吧品牌影响力。
岗位要求:
具备2年以上国际品牌酒店或高端酒吧调酒师工作经验,熟悉经典及现代调酒技法。
精通酒水知识(烈酒、葡萄酒、鸡尾酒配方等),持有调酒师职业资格认证(如WSET、IBA等)优先。
出色的沟通能力和服务意识,能适应高强度工作节奏。
英语口语流利,可熟练与外籍客人交流及阅读酒水英文标签。

Job responsibility:
Ensure cocktail preparation and service procedures meet hotel quality standards and cater to guests’ personalized preferences.
Design, prepare, and present cocktails and beverages, guaranteeing professional standards in taste, presentation, and aesthetics.
Engage proactively with guests, provide tailored drink recommendations, address special requests and complaints, and enhance overall bar experience satisfaction.
Monitor bar inventory, including liquor supplies, mixology tools, and garnishes, to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste or expiration.
Conduct regular inventory checks and submit procurement requests. Collaborate closely with purchasing and F&B departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bar equipment (e.g., ice machines, shakers, refrigerators) and report malfunctions promptly.
Control beverage costs, optimize ingredient usage efficiency, reduce waste, and assist in developing seasonal menus and promotional campaigns.
Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hotel standards.
Document daily beverage sales data, guest feedback, and operational issues, and submit regular activity reports.
Participate in bar event planning, showcase creative mixology skills, and elevate the bar’s brand reputation.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in international-brand hotels or upscale bars, with expertise in classic and modern mixology techniques.
In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail recipes. Professional certifications (e.g., WSET, IBA) are preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented mindset, with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Proficient in English for fluent communication with international guests and reading beverage labels.
Team player with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with kitchen, service teams, and management.
Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for beverage presentation, plating, and bar ambiance aesthetics.
Award-winning experience in creative mixology competitions or original cocktail menu design.
Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Japanese, French).
