Major responsibilities 主要职责
Recruitment 招聘
§ Assist recruiting staff for LHG & YnF team. 负责协助员工招聘工作
§ Assist Human Resources Services (HRS) team of LHG & YnF in searching and reviewing resumes 协助人力资源服务组搜寻、审阅简历
§ Establish a talent pool of potential candidates with resumes and contacts for future use 建立人才库包含有潜质应征者之履历及联络号码
§ Responsible for visa application for expatriates 负责为外籍员工申请签证
Compensation & Benefit (C&B) 薪酬及福利
§ Drafting contract and coordinating on commencement arrangement for both LHG China colleagues and also YnF Team as designated 为朗延酒店集团中国区员工和毅风团队员工草拟合同并协助其入职之安排
§ Support C&B on payroll calculation 于薪金计算方面,支援薪酬及福利组
§ Leave control & administration – such as ensure all colleagues to clear their leaves by end of each year, sick leave applications are supported by valid sick leave certificate, etc.控制假期与管理, 如确保所有员工于年终清除所有假期, 申请病假必须提供有效之病假证明文件等
§ Provide other C&B operations support 提供其它有关薪酬及福利运作上之支持
§ Manage all HR related files and colleagues personal files systematically and timely 及時並有系統地处理一切有关人力资源的相关档案和员工之个人档案。
Human Resources Services (HRS) 人力资源服务
§ Provide responses to colleagues' inquiries related to human resources and deliver corresponding services 解答同事关于人力资源相关的问询并提供相应服务
§ Organize Colleague Relations activities 组织员工关系活动
§ Coordinate on CONNECT (community service) activities 协助筹备社区服务及福利活动
§ Ensure all the policies and procedures are in line with current corporate guidelines and local and government legislation 确保所有政策程序符合集团当前的指导方针及政府和当地的法规
§ Maintain and update of HR manual, policy and procedures and job descriptions维护和更新人力资源手册、政策规章及职位说明
§ Conduct exit interview for managerial level and below 与经理级及以下员工进行离职面谈
§ Handle and investigate all work injury cases and liaise with related department head and government department 处理和调查所有工伤个案,联系相关部门主管及政府部门
§ Assist any legal labour cases 协助处理任何劳动法律纠纷
Learning & Development (L&D) 培训及发展
§ Coordinate training for colleagues such as orientation, etc. 协调并为员工安排相关培训
§ Conduct intranet system briefing for related colleagues 为相关员工讲解内部网页系统
Others 其他
§ Handle departmental procurement, reimbursement, and other related matters 处理部门采购、报销等事务
§ Other tasks assigned by the manager 领导安排的其他事务
Requirements 职位要求
• Education 教育程度
- Junior college and above 大专及以上学历
• Experience 工作经验
- At least 5-8 years in Human Resources field with 3years in supervisory role 至少5-8年人事领域工作经验,其中3年主管级经验
• Job Skill / Knowledge 职业技能/知识
- Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures 熟悉本地劳动法及相关程序
- Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧
- Knowledge of HRMIS system 熟悉人力资源管理信息系统
- Basic training skills 基本的培训技能
- Experience in handling labour relations 处理员工关系的经验
- Experience in recruitment and HRS 拥有招聘及人力资源服务的经验
• Computer Knowledge 电脑知识
- Computer literate to basic MS software 能够操作基本的办公自动化软件
• Language Proficiency 语言能力
- Fluent in English and Mandarin 中英文流利
