About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Finance Department, The Cost Control Officer reports to the Assistant Cost Control Manager.
As Cost Control Officer you will be responsible for the following duties:
This position entails conducting continuous analysis of food and beverage costs and comparing them to Sales revenues to ensure proper preparation, production, portioning and pricing of menu items. Additional responsibilities include controlling inventories, maintaining accurate inventory records, serving as a liaison between the Materials Management and F&B Departments, producing statistical reports and assisting in the development of product specifications and standardized recipes.
As Cost Control Officer we expect from you:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Food Service Management
Two + years experience in Food and Beverage Cost Control or AccountingGood knowledge of food and beverage products, receiving and storage procedures, production
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of computer software to include inventory maintenance & All Windows applications
Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel
Working Knowledge of CHECK EAM and Sun Systems a plus
Good command of English and Mandarin
Strong Team Player, enthusiastic to learn and accomplish the Accounting Department & Mandarin Oriental Overall Goals.

大专以上毕业, 财务或食品管理专业
至少具备两年以上酒店餐饮成本控制工作经验
了解食品饮料知识,以及收料、货存的程序,和生产方面的运营知识
具有一定的组织能力及良好的沟通技巧
具有一定独立工作的能力及个人素质
可适应灵活的工作时间, 包括在周末和节假日上班
熟练运用CHECK EAM软件或类似系统,以及所有以Windows为系统平台的相关软件。
精通Excel操作
熟识CHECKEAM和SUN系统软件
中文和英文良好
