General Mission 职责概述
Responsible for the duties and activities ofSecurity Guards during the shift and to ensure established position procedures,patrols and frequencies are followed.
负责监督和指导当班保安员的工作,确保酒店的既定工作程序和巡视工作的正确执行。
Help manager to complete incidentinvestigation and report. Training and supervise subordinates to obey hotelregulation & rule.
协助部门经理进行事件调查和报告。培训及监督下属遵守酒店规章制度。
Main Responsibilities主要责任
1. Supervise the shift operations, ensuringadequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety ofguests and associates.
指导监督本班的运作,确定保卫巡视的正确执行,确保对客人和同事施实安全保卫工作。
2. Ensure the guards of grooming; notify thepoints in the course of the duties (vehicle parking, banquet, guest rooms, bigevent, security guard and etc.)
检查当班保安员仪容、仪表,宣布当班期间的注意事项(车辆、宴会、客房、重大活动、警卫任务等)。
3. Responsiblefor checking all fire, life safety equipment are within the expiry limits.
负责检查消防和生命安全设备的使用寿命。
4. Ensureprompt reporting of maintenance issues by security guards as they record themduring their patrols.
确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
5. Conductrandom bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building. Ensureasset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed fromthe hotel without the proper authority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则,在未得到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
6. Provideescort services for associates carrying cash, where required.
如有需要,应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务
7. Shouldthere be more come in/out guests and vehicles in the porte-cochere, thesecurity supervisor will assist guards in the entrance hall or theporte-cochere.
在进、出酒店客人较多时以及大堂车道车辆高峰时段,保安主管必须在大堂或大堂车道协助保安员工作。
8. Normallyinspect the building annex and underground parking area at hour and a halfintervals.
在无特殊情况下每1个半小时对酒店裙房和外围区域进行巡逻。
9. Conductrandom inspections of the hotel to ensure that safety and security practicesare being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructingfire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads issufficient.
对酒店进行随机检查,以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行,如防火门的通畅,消防栓前无设备堆放,各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等
10. Takeappropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in amanner, which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流,建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。
11. Be familiarwith current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施
12. Once it’semergency, the security supervisor should arrive the site while notify the CCTVcenter to call the Duty Manager and department head.
酒店发生突发事件时保安主管在赶赴现场同时必须命令监控中心分别通知值班经理和部门经理。
13. Interactwith department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner tofoster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-waycommunication.
以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门同事沟通建立起良好的工作关系,增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。
14. Record downeverything (safety and fire prevention) during the duty in the duty log book ofsupervisor. Make the investigation report when the incident refers to guest,staff, hotel property or life safety.
当班期间发生的事件(治安、消防)都必须在当班主管记录本上记载。涉及客人、员工、酒店生命和财产安全的事件还必须写出书面报告。
15. Carry out other tasks as directed by Assistant Security Manager andSecurity Manager.
