Ensures that the activities of all Front Desk staff are performed on the basis of established procedures and standards.

Checks list of arrivals for the day, takes note of VIPs and other special instructions and requests and implements them.
将客房部的房态报告与前厅部的比较,一旦有任何差异通知宾客服务经理。
Reconciles room status report of Housekeeping with that of Front Office, advises guest service manager of any discrepancy.
评估下属的行为表现,如有必要主动作出相应的行动计划。
Evaluate subordinate behavior, such as is necessary to make corresponding action plan.
与夜间安全负责人密切合作并检查一切安全设施。
Works closely with the night security officers on duty and co-ordinates closely on anything which necessitates their presence.
二、日常工作 Routine
与客房部密切合作留意客人的房态,适当操作房态系统
Co-ordinates closely with Housekeeping in keeping-up with the status of the guest rooms; maintains proper functioning of room status systems.
向客人推荐酒店的服务和设施。
To recommend the hotel services and facilities
邀请新会员的加入。
Invite new members to join
时常与员工沟通,建立良好关系。
Often communicate with staff, the establishment of good relations.
