1. Assists in preparing foodstuff for cooking

2. Does simple cooking such as frying, roasting, broiling, steaming etc.
懂得简单的烹饪方法,煎,烘烤,蒸等
3. Sets-up mise en place daily
准备每天的准备工作
4. Washes and cuts food items
洗和切割所需食品品种
5. Portions food items on serving platters, and adds dressings, trimmings, garnishes, gravies, sauces to fill order according to recipes
正确按配料单加工食品等添加调味汁,装饰,配料,肉汁沙司等
6. Removes food products from containers, arranges and decorates platter with fruits, paper dollies, paper cups, etc, as per our standard recipes
根据我们的标准来撤走食品,用纸杯,花垫纸级水果,准备装饰盘子
7. Cleans and maintains working areas, equipment, utensils and cold rooms
清洁,维护工作区域,设备,器皿以及冷房
8. Performs other duties that may be required of him.

1. At least 0.5 years’ experience as helper/apprentice in hotel or restaurant
