Job Responsibilities:
1. Creation and adjustment of the restaurant's wine list.
2. Control of wine inventory and costs in accordance with company requirements.
3. Regular training for restaurant staff on wine knowledge and service,effectively enhancing their wine knowledge to boost wine sales.
4. Monthly inventory checks to ensure no expired wine is wasted and that there is no overstock of wine.
5. Interaction and promotion with wine suppliers to ensure there are activities or new business promotions every month.
6. Building and managing the wine team.
7. Liaising and updating wine supplier contracts,and promptly reporting any changes in cooperation to the restaurant manager.
岗位职责:
1.餐厅酒单制作及调整。
2.按照公司要求控制酒水库存及成本。
3.定期为餐厅员工进行酒水及服务培训,有效提高员工酒水知识,从而提高酒水销售。
4.月度盘点,检查酒水的库存,确保不能有过期的浪费,保持酒水库存量没有滞销。
5.和酒商做好互动推广,确保每月都有活动或新的业务推广。
6.酒水团队员工的建设和管理。
7.酒商合同的对接与更新,合作变更及时与餐厅经理汇报。
Job Requirements:
1. Passion for the hospitality industry,a love for wine,and a dedication to the role of a sommelier.
2. Outgoing personality and a passion for socializing.
3. WSET Level 3 certification or CMS certification.
4. Basic proficiency in English.
5. At least three years of experience as a sommelier.
