Located at the heart of Yiwu business center, Shangri-La, Yiwu is near the world-famous Yiwu International Commodity City. The hotel features 362 guestrooms and suites, as well as 136 serviced apartments. Shangri-La, Yiwu offers guests an exceptional dining experience. We are currently looking for a Receptionist- Health Club to join our team.
1. Conduct daily registration of guests and members and ensure membership cards are valid.
2. Provide locker keys for our guests and members and control the keys for security reasons.
3. Provide general information for our guests about the Health Club and source any information needed when required
4. Answer phone calls according to the hotels proper procedure.
5. Take bookings and coordinate with associates for all areas of the Health Club.
6. Conduct billing and ensure proper hotel procedures are followed.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Previous customer service experience
2. Exposed to Spa and Health Club as a whole
3. General knowledge of billing procedures
