SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1. Supervisethe safety & security departmental operations, ensuring adequate patrolpatterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety and security ofguests and associates.
指导监督本部的运作,保证巡视工作的正确执行,确保客人和同事的安全
2. Responsible for checking allfire, life & safety equipment are within the expiry limits (such as handheld chemical extinguishers etc).
负责检查消防和安全救生设备的使用寿命。(例如手持式化学灭火器等等)
3. Liaise with the ChiefEngineer in regards to practical training of associates in elements of firefighting, safety inspections, evacuation drills etc. Ensure regular trainingsessions are held with the hotel’s fire fighting team to establish &maintain required skill level.
与总工程师合作对员工进行灭火,安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对酒客消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平
4. Ensure prompt reporting ofmaintenance issues by safety & security officers as they record them duringtheir patrols
确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部
5. Conductrandom bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building. Ensureasset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent resort assets being removed fromthe resort without the proper authority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵寻酒店财物管理的原则,在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流
6. Follow prescribed practicesto ensure theft and pilferage of goods is minimized.
遵照酒店准则将偷盗事件的发生率降到最低
7. Provide escort services forassociates carrying cash, where required.
如有需要,应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务
8. Maintain perimeter patrols atpoints of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the resort environshave a genuine purpose to be there and are not loitering or are present forother reasons
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点,以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等
9. Carry out random checks toensure master keys that have been issued are all accounted for and in thepossession of the staff who have accepted responsibility for them.
随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任
10. Conduct random inspections ofthe hotel to ensure that safety and security practices are being followed, Fireexits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors,clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads is sufficient etc.
对酒店进行随机检查,以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行,如防火门的通畅,水龙带门前无设备堆放,各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等
11. Counsel, train and maintainthe morale of the safety & security associates to ensure they areperforming to the standard required.
对保安部员工进行讲解和培训以保持职业士气,确保员工按标准实施保卫工作
12. Ensure a member of thedepartment is in attendance at all safety & security related incidentswithin the hotel. Review reports submitted and conduct a follow upinvestigation to uncover how the accident/incident occurred, the person(s)responsible (taking necessary further action) and how this can be prevented inthe future.
确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告,开展调查工作以找出事件的起因,责任人(采取必要的措施),并考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生
13. Ensure compliance withbusiness operations laws.

14. Establish an image in keepingwith Le meridien expectations for hotel.
树立起与酒店相配的职业形象
15. Develop and review performancestandards for operations in the unit.
回顾和发展分部内的执行程序的标准
16. Coordinate operations withinand between other departments/units and cultivate good working relations.
协调部门内部以及各部门间的工作,培养良好的工作关系
17. Monitor productivity of theunit.
对各部分的生产力进行监督
18. Manage training of associatesand development using the HumanResources Management System. Ensure that a planned training business plan is inplace and regular training is carried out on a one-on-one or group basis.
推广使用人力资源部管理系统的模式对员工进行培训。制定出业务培训计划,实施定期的单独培训和以小组为单位的培训工作
19. Assist with the planning anddelivery of orientation programs for all new associates.
协助制定和实施新员工的培训规程
20. Abide by the hotelGuest Satisfaction System.
在工作中遵循酒店对客服务满意标准
21. Take appropriate action toresolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner which promotesgoodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流,建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系
22. Be familiar with currentfirst aid and fire emergency procedures and ensure all Security associates areready to respond as per established procedures..
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施,确保每一位保安部员工都能训练掌握酒店的既定工作程序
23. Ensure a high level ofcleanliness & tidiness is maintained in the work area. Maintain personalpresentation standards to resort and Sheraton standards. Demonstrateprofessional attitude and behavior at all times.
保持工作区域的高度清洁和整齐。按照酒店的标准保持个人仪表,在任何时候表现出职业风范
24. Interact with department andresort associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport,promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通,建立起良好的工作关系,增强团队精神确保有效的双向交流
25. Maintain files, reports,letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.
保存各类文件、报告、信件、备忘录及其他相关业务资料
26. Ensure all reporting andservicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.
保证所有报告和服务都按时完成
27. Responsible for establishingand maintaining good working connections and relations with the PSB.
要与公安机关建立起良好的工作关系, 并在工作中积极沟通合作
28. Adhere to the hotel’ssecurity and emergency policies and procedures.

29. Be familiar with propertysafety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
