Follow standard project management approach to lead the cycle ofhotel(both Full-Service and Focused Service) Continuous Improvement projects independently. Include butnot limited to below projects: 充分熟悉和了解共享中心端到端的流程。遵循标准的项目管理方法，独立领导酒店（包括全服务和精选服务酒店）持续改进项目。包括并不限于以下项目： ·       Continuously improve the FSSC process by leading CI projecttransforming AS IS process to TO BE process and update SOPs accordingly. 通过领导持续改进项目将AS IS流程转化为to BE流程，持续改进FSSC流程，并更新相应的SOP。 ·       Lead the transformation andimplementation of FSSC Factory Model by tower to improve working efficiency. Meanwhile, lead and coordinate with system vendors to develop andenhance the system process due to operations model change. 领导共享中心工厂模式的转变和部署工作来提升工作效率。同时，协调和带领系统供应商重新开发和完善由于流程模式的变化而带来的系统配置变化。 ·       Lead and coordinate with 4 towers toidentify the process improvement opportunity. 领导和协调业务部门发现流程改进的机会。 ·       Leverage automation tools andsolutions to improve the working efficiency. Lead the regular communication meetings including weekly meeting. Includingsystems and process related training. Improve training document used during enrollment by using onlinevideos, online forms, etc. 负责上线前的培训工作，包括系统的和流程相关的。通过使用在线视频、在线表格等，改进部署期间使用的培训文件。 ·       Lead and coordinate with hotels and third-party vendors for the system implementation along with migration. To successfully fill thisrole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values thatfollow: ·       Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field orequivalent experience 本科以上学位 ·       Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years of hotel finance work experience 8-10年酒店财务经验 ·       Minimum Years of Management Experience: 5 years 5年以上管理团队经验 ·       Minimum Years of Project Management Experience: 2 years (would be a plus) 2年以上项目管理经验 优先 ·       Obtained PMP certification (Preferred) 拥有PMP项目管理证书优先 ·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skill 优秀的的沟通和关系人协调管理能力

职责描述： 1、协助总裁编制年度经营计划和项目投资运营计划；落实和执行总裁的决策和指令，协助总裁开展投资拓展及酒店项目业务督导等相关工作； 2、负责总裁有关文件的起草、修改、审核，整理各类文书、文件、报告、总结及其他材料； 3、负责做好公司重要来宾的接待，做好对外公共关系的协调协助处理相关的商务接待工作； 4、负责重大会议的组织工作和会议记录，做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布； 5、总裁交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，地产管理、酒店管理相关专业或经济类专业优先； 2、具备3年以上从业经验，熟悉各类办公软件的使用，具备一定的文字功底，具备新媒体运营管理经验； 3、良好的沟通谈判能力，熟悉文旅产业分析优先； 4、掌握基本商务接待礼仪，具有较强的人际交往能力与应变能力，接受出差； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力及理解能力。
