Your opportunity
As the Assistant Sales Manager, MICE NorthChina, you will be responsible for
· Build up the relationship with corporate and agency clients
· As a team member achieved personalsales target
· Work closely with resort team toserve each MICE business well
How you will contribute
· To build and represent Club Med'supscale, friendly and multi-culture image, develop Club Med visibility andawareness in corporate world.
· To manage key account by effectivesales action, such as regular sales call.
· To develop sales leads and findpotential national key account.
· To coordinate with internal andexternal customer to hold sales driven actives, such as reward events, onsiteinspection, experience trip and roadshow, etc.
· To obtain signed contracts andpayments in full.
· To prepare accurate weekly salesactivities and sales call plan.
· To identify MICE business's key opportunities, threats andpropose initiatives action plan.
· To build rapport with the customersand ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level.
· To provide effective after-salesservices so as to ensure customer's satisfactory level is high.
· To devote to other ad hoc missionsassigned by line manager.
Who you are?
· Education : Diploma’s degree above in business,management, hospitality or marketingwill be preferred;
· Job experience : At least 3 yearsworking experience in relating industry, especially in corporate domain or MICEevents.
· Strongcommunication and interpersonal skill, experience and strategy in developingregional market
· Languages : Chinese as the mothertougue. Fluent in English writing &speaking.
· Behavior : Mature communication skills,strong To-do attitude, cooperative and anti-pressure
