任职要求:
• We are seeking, trade qualified Chefs with a minimum of 2 years (full-time) experience working in a mass-catering environments (volume cooking) who have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest of standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team.
• Northern Chinese is based on any province north of the Yangtze River. The hope is for a chef that can prepare traditional Chinese meals including specialty dishes including but not limited to Chicken feet and Offal, but also have the ability to prepare and present a more western style Chinese also (KungPao Chicken etc) all using the traditional wok fry style cooking method.
• English - English Language Test passed to the required standard (test available) English Language test for Australian visas | IDP IELTS.
• <40years of age.
