5. Responsible for all the furniture in the hotel andmake wooden decoration, wooden articles and office furniture according to theneeds of all departments.

7. Ensure effective handling when having anelectricity suspension and other emergencyduties may be assigned.

9. Ensure the cooling storage and refrigerators in the kitchens reach standardtemperature.

10. Ensurethe cleaning and good electrical control of the chiller room and AHU rooms.

11. Checkthe public area, the temperature and the humidity rate of guest room. Propercontrol of air-conditioner system

14. Regularcheck the water outlet and grease separationtank of the hotel area, supervisethe contractor with the regular dredge it timely if necessary.

15. Dailycheck the equipments in laundry and kitchen, follow-up with the repair.Supervise the contractor with the maintenance.
每天巡视检查洗衣房及厨房设备,及时跟进维修(或监督维保单位及时修复)
16. Dailycheck to the equipment floor. Report to supervisor if any problem concerning potential dangerous element is spotted
对设备楼层做到每天巡视,发现安全隐患做到及时向上级反应、汇总、分析和解决
17. Carryout the preventive maintenance schedule according to Building Maintenance Engineer / Building Maintenance Supervisor’ instructions; meanwhile check the result.
按照楼宇设备工程师/楼宇设备主管的指示,执行预防保养工作,并检查保养结果
18. Carry out the supervisor’s responsibilitywhen he is not available, accomplish the job with team member and solve theemergency
上级主管休假时,主动承担主管的工作,带领小组员工完成计划内工作或突发事件处理

5. Urge engineers to accomplish their preventive and maintenance plan

6. Assign daily routine job to technicians

7. Other duties may be assigned when there areemergence situationin the hotel.
当酒店发生紧急情况时响应工程部的召唤
