Assists with the preparation of the annual RoomsBusiness Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectivesof the Hotel and needs of employees.

Assists with the preparation and regular update ofthe Housekeeping Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with theHousekeeping Manager, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectivelycontrolled.
4、常规地检测确保适当的处理和控制客人的遗留物品。
Constantly monitors and ensures the proper handlingand control of lost and found items.
5、确保窗户、公共区域和酒店核心区域的清洁工作得到适当的工作分配。
Ensures proper work assignments to the contractcleaners of windows, public and back of house areas.

Ensure proper work of the service contractors ofpest control and plant rental, supervise the service quality, efficiency andprofession.
