1、Assist the development and support the roll out of media andmarketing plans related to Rooms, Weddings, and MICE.协助开发和支持推出客房、婚礼、MICE相关的媒体与市场计划。参与制定并实施客房、婚礼、MICE的媒体与市场策略,确保活动按计划执行。
2、Participate in business planning of Rooms, Weddings, and MICE newproducts.参与客房、婚礼、MICE新产品的业务规划。协助制定新产品推广计划,确保与市场趋势和客户需求相符。
3、Support public relations with Rooms, Weddings, and MICE informationand updates to maximize PR opportunities.更新度假区客房、婚礼、MICE信息,支持公关,扩大公关机会。提供最新的客房、婚礼、MICE信息,协助公关团队创造更多曝光机会。
4、Make collateral requirements, images, logos, electronic materialsrelated to Rooms, Weddings, and MICE.制作客房、婚礼、MICE相关的印刷品、图片、品牌标志、电子宣传物料。负责设计和制作宣传材料,确保品牌形象一致且具有吸引力。
5、Oversee sponsorships and cross-marketing, provide information,arrange experiences to ensure partners are in the position to providefirst-hand brand association and awareness, to increase reach and trial of ASH.监督赞助和跨界营销,提供信息、安排体验,确保合作伙伴提供一流的积极品牌联想和认知,增进对品牌的认识和尝试。管理赞助和跨界合作项目,确保合作伙伴能够有效传递品牌价值。
6、Plan & manage Rooms, Weddings, and MICE photoshoots as required.策划、管理拍摄客房、婚礼、MICE照片。组织并监督客房、婚礼、MICE的摄影工作,确保高质量的宣传素材。
7、Assist with activities required by Director, Communications,including ad promotions, presentations.协助公共关系总监所要求的活动,包括促销、演示。支持公关总监的工作,协助完成广告推广、演示文稿等任务。
Requirements:岗位要求
1、具备3-5年奢华酒店、文旅行业或奢美相关品牌工作经验,英文听说读写熟练。
Have 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotels, culturaltourism, or luxury beauty-related brands, with proficient English communicationskills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
2、 熟悉线上营销推广技能,如小红书投放、微信投放、OTA投放。
Proficient in online marketing skills, includingXiaohongshu (Little Red Book) ads, WeChat ads, and OTA (Online Travel Agency)promotions.
3、具备丰富的市场策划与执行经验,熟悉客房、婚礼、MICE等领域的市场推广策略。
Extensive experience in marketing planning and execution,with a strong understanding of promotion strategies for Rooms, Weddings, andMICE.
4、优秀的沟通与协调能力,能够有效管理跨部门合作及外部合作伙伴关系。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with theability to manage cross-departmental collaboration and external partnerrelationships effectively.
5、具备数据分析能力,能够整理和分析市场活动的投资回报率,为决策提供支持。
Strong data analysis skills, capable of compiling andanalyzing ROI reports for marketing activities to support decision-making.
