Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
· Be knowledgeable about hotel room status, inventory, promotions, facilities and different services offered throughout the hotel. Meanwhile, communicate with reservation agemt regarding to current sales strategy and promotional activities.
全面了解饭店客房情况,推广活动,整个饭店的设施设备及服务, 并与预定人员沟通销售战略及促销价格活动
· In absence of Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
在经理缺席的情况下主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营要求
· Monitor and supervise the overall office performance as well as individual Reservation GSAs’ requirements including the workload daily and duty roaster monthly.
监督管理整个办公室及每名员工的工作,包括密切关注员工要求,合理安排预订部每位员工的工作量及负责员工排班出勤率等。
· Review the expected arrival report daily, ensure all the reservations are correct
每日在电脑中查看预计抵达客人报表,确保每个预订的准确性
· Handling email inquires and make sure all inquires are replied as soon as possible
处理所有的邮件,确保客人的要求能够尽快得到回复
· Handle group reservation. Make sure all reservation details are correct with rooming list, comments, market code and payment method, etc
处理团队预定,确保预订细节的正确, 包括团队名单输入,备注,市场代码,付费方式等
· Provide assistance for any associates in his/her job performance to meet guest satisfaction
帮助任何其他员工提高工作表现以使客人满意
· Assist Reservation agents to handle FIT and corporate travelers bookings. Make sure all reservation details are correct with rate code, comments, special request, etc
协助其他员工处理散客及公司预定,确保预订细节的正确, 包括价格代码,备注,特殊要求等
· Carrie out other tasks which are order by direct superior

· Sell the InterContinental Hotels Group products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
运用销售技巧和房间销售升级推广洲际酒店集团的产品和服务
· Promote the Hotel’s (and ICHG generally) products and services
推銷酒店(以及整个洲际酒店集团)的产品和服务
· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all ICHG Hotels in your region
充分了解所在地区的洲际酒店集团成员的产品和服务
· Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc
修改延期和提前离店等特殊情况的预订记录
· Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same
调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况
· Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
对团队和会议的特别账单安排进行记录
· Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
掌握关于特价,优惠,促销活动的信息
· Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates
监测预订情况,并向经理通报目前和将来的入住率
· Works with superior on manpower planning and management needs
和上级一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
· Works with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
Experience –
经验
· 2 years related experience or one year reservations/front office experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2年相关的工作经验,或1年预订部或前台经验包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
