● Drives Market Share and RevenuePerformance.
● Develops overall pricingstrategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.
● Effectively manages and is incontrol of all inventory.
● Is responsible for effectiveimplementation and compliance with Kempinski Revenue Management Standards andinitiatives.
● Ensures all OTA, content,reputation and distribution channels are optimized.
● Shares best Revenue Managementpractices and key learnings with peers and management.
● Plays a leader role on theproperty’s weekly Revenue Management & Operations meetings.
● Produces accurate forecasts onweekly and monthly basis (+/-5%).
● Recruits, trains and mentorsthe Reservations Manager (when applicable) and/or a strong second with a viewto contingency.
● Assists in developing a careerpath for direct reports.
