Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉,请求或询问。
· Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的销售记录,在合适的记录本上记录客人投诉、解决办法及所涉及人员或设备,并与经理讨论。
