岗位职责:1.负责餐厅的日常管理工作,并与厨房保持密切联系,确保餐厅的服务质量。2.检査工作:(1)每日检查设备、家具、餐具的摆设及其完好情况。(2)检查服务用品及清洁卫生,检查库存物资。(3)检查员工仪容仪表3.向客人介绍餐厅各式菜点、各种饮品和特式菜点3.认真组织餐厅员工进行业务培训,提高服务技能和业务水平,熟悉菜牌、酒水牌,熟记每天供应品种,了解VIP客人的接待情况。4.抓好员工纪律、服务态度,了解员工思想情绪、操作技术和思想作风。

Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.指导员工的准备、服务工作。与厨房协调好当日或每月的特色菜及推荐菜Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.完成好本职工作及完成上级布置的其它工作。    ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.记录并保存销售额,客人的投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员和设备方面的细节。Ensure adequate of supplies, materials, and requisition for general supplies.确保有足够的用品,并申请所需采购的物品。Ensure employees properly carry out side duties.确保员工完成好临时性的工作。TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技术职责Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.参加每天的晨会和每月的交流会议,总结并讨论服务及工作的准备情况。Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant.监督并指导餐厅员工的服务情况。Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.确保所有设备和家俱处于良好的工作状态。
