To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year related experience or 6 months experience in reservations/front office or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in the use of computer, Able to read and write English.
