Follows up on
current month group rooming list.

Monitors group
reservation activities
管理团队预订活动。
·
Records special
billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
记录有关团队和会议的特殊付帐安排。
·
Handles and
follows up allotments, waiting lists and customer deposits
处理、跟进配额房,待订名单及预订押金
·
Be knowledgeable
about hotel room status, inventory, promotions, facilities and different
services offered throughout the hotel.
全面了解酒店客房情况,推广活动,整个酒店的设施设备及服务。
·
Communicates to
Reservations Agents current sales strategy, promotional efforts and other hotel
activities.
与预订人员沟通销售战略,促销活动及其它饭店活动。
·
Oversees and
supervises the overall office performance as well as individual Reservations
Agents’ performance.
监督管理整个办公室及每名员工的工作。
·
Monitors staffing
requirements including the workload of individual reservation associates &
co-ordinates Reservations Agents’ roaster.
密切关注员工要求,包括注意预订部每位员工的工作量及员工排班。
·
Reviews the
expected arrival report daily.
每日在电脑中查看预计抵达客人报表。
·
Ensures all
reservations are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy prior to guest’s arrival.
在预订客人到达之前,确保全面检查所有的预订。
·
Ensures
payments/commission request are followed up.
确保有人跟进付款及佣金事宜。
·
Prepares monthly
production reports and distributes to appropriate parties.
打印每月售房报表,并负责分发给相关人员。
·
Takes care of the
department in the absence of Reservations Manager.
在预订部经理不在的情况下监管部门运作。
·
Builds rate
programs in Opera whenever necessary.
在需要的情况下,在Opera系统里建立价格计划。
·
Updating the
Reservations Manual.
不断的更新预订手册。
·
Implements
inventory control and selling strategies.
实施房间储备控制和销售战略
·
Reviews all
arrivals on tight periods to minimize unexpected "wash" or
cancellations.
在酒店房间紧张的情况下,查阅所有的预计抵达报表,以最大限度避免意外“减房”和订房取消。
·
Monitors call
handling to maximize opportunities in upwelling.
监督电话的接听,以最大限度地抓住机会上升销售。
·
Assists any
associates in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure guest
satisfaction.
如果需要,帮助任何其他员工提高工作表现以使客人满意。

Analyses,
evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND

Sales & Front Office computer systems.

Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering accounts.

Ability and
understanding of the market and competition.

Excellent written
and verbal Mandarin & English are a must.
必须具备优秀的中、英文书写和对话能力。

Good computer
skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher,
Microsoft Office 2003 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
·

·
Good interpersonal
& communicative skills.

Experience 工作经验
·
Min 1-2 years experience in similar capacity (Or
related department such as Front office) with international chain hotels
(Preferred IHG hotels)
在国际连锁饭店集团(洲际酒店优先)担任类似的工作岗位(或相关部门类似前台),具有1~2年的经验。
