2. To extend full support to users of the above
computer systems and provide effective solutions to computer related problem in
coordination and as guided by the IT Manager.

service of any faulty systems and/or equipment.

4. To refresh from time to time the implementation

5. To assist IT Manager in formulating, from time
to time, new policies and procedures that can continuous improve the support
functions of System Department and the security of the computer system.
协助配合信息技术经理关于持续提高系统部支持功能和加强电脑系统安全方面的新政策和程序。
6. To assist in the training of all system users
in the effective use of systems.
协助培训所有系统新用户如何有效地使用系统。
7. To ensure that preventive maintenances of
software and equipment are carried out timely and effectively.
确保及时有效地对软件和设备进行预防性的维护。
8. To ensure the work area is free from all
hazards including but not limited to unauthorized entries, fire, pollutions,
theft etc.
确保工作区域远离如下危险:包括但不限于未经授权的进入、火灾、污染、失窃等。
9. Monitor systems procedures used recording in
daily log if necessary and revise where appropriate.
监控系统使用过程,在必要时记录在日志中,在需要的地方进行修改。
10. 24-hour Front Office system support on an “on
call” basis (both consistently on call)

11. Apply system upgrades

12. Maintain detailed log of all DP equipment (i.e.
serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each P.C., etc.)
